Persyaratan untuk mengikuti program ini adalah :

1. Warga Negara Indonesia sehat jasmani dan rohani
2. Mahasiswa program S1 dalam bidang ICT (Computer Science, Information & Communication, Computer, Information Technologies and related fields)
3. Rangking 10 besar di kelas
4. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
